This incident caused the temporary closure of the Central Terminal Area tunnel and the Terminal 3 car park.

Two more people are now in custody related to a robbery at Heathrow Airport where 21 people were injured by a substance believed to be an irritant spray, according to police.

A 24-year-old man, was taken into custody in Lambeth for suspected robbery and assault and a woman, 23 was detained for suspected conspiracy to commit robbery. Both individuals are still being held, authorities confirmed.

The arrests follow an investigation into an attack at the multi-level parking garage at Terminal 3 this past Sunday. Before the incident, a pair of female travelers were robbed of their suitcases after getting out of a parking garage elevator.

A toddler aged three was one of the injured during the incident. Five people went to hospital for medical care and have since been discharged.

Officers arrested a man in his thirties for suspected robbery and assault near the scene. He was subsequently released under investigation while inquiries continue.

Authorities were called at approximately 8:10 in the morning GMT following reports of several individuals injured by a noxious substance believed to be pepper spray.

The attack - which police said was isolated and not considered terrorism - caused delays to rail services and the temporary shutdown of the main airport tunnel and the T3 parking facility briefly.
